Accessorizing with new handbag and booties for fall anybody?
Boots (and bags) “refresh” season is coming. I’m talking about those key pieces that save many “so and so outfit” in our zero inspiration winter days. Did you ever notice that fall is that time of the year when we think comfortable useful key pieces that can last? Spotting key pieces with a fancy vibe is obviously a plus, but fall calls for more thoughtful choices when compared to spring. We go back to being serious, and we go back to work (ouch).
Booties first. If you fancy cowboy boots but find them a bit too over the top, this paired down urban take may be what you need. Low enough on your leg to be worn like booties and to look fresh with skirts, sturdy and comfortable enough to take you through a chilly weather. The black distressed leather shows some grey / brown variations depending on the light, making these booties a choice that will match almost anything. Distressing is hand made, making no two pairs the same.
Golden Goose bags are slowly growing, you may be familiar with the Carla tote that now also comes as a baby Carla bag, or you may know some of the many versions of the 05. Anyway, these bags are growing, but the cool fact is that it’s still a for “those in the know thing”.
I simply adore the very peculiar half moon shape of the Moon bag and I also got compliments on it more than once. It is large enough to keep all the essentials without being too large, it looks good with the strap, it looks good without the strap, so you can put it up or down (that’s many many good points if you ask me).
Quick note, I know from truthful sources that production of both those texan boots (because of hand made distressing) and Moon bag (it’s a new style) was very limited. Very few pieces around and from just a few retailers, so if you like them don’t walk baby, run (I warned you).
